Counter Sales Representative – Welding Supply Company

We are a well-established welding supply and industrial gas distributor looking for a motivated, dependable Counter Sales Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with welding supplies, industrial gases, safety equipment, and related products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer questions and recommend the right products for their needs.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
- Maintain a clean, professional showroom and sales counter.
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
- Work closely with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Welding, industrial, or construction product knowledge is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a management role is a plus.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
